There are several options for getting there. You can get to the Kranji metro station and take a taxi (Grab), which will cost about SGD 10 and take you directly to the Kranji Marshes gate.

Another option is to take the Kranji Farm Shuttle (SGD5) from Kranji MRT and get off at Kranji Marshes.
